The common goals and interaction within all enterprises enable us to reduce risks, while combining both common sense and the courage to develop innovative solutions.

The Company has accumulated a tremendous experience in implementation of successful Engineering and Construction projects:

• Over 60 oil and gas field;
• Revamps and Greenfield facility construction on 7 refining and petrochemical complexes;
• Construction of over 10,000 km of main and flow oil and gas product lines;
• Commissioning of 3 large offshore and 5 onshore terminals for transshipment of crudeoil and oil products;
• Construction and commissioning of over 3,000 km of federal and regional roads;
• Installation of over 2,000 km of high-voltage lines.

During these 16 years the Company has gone a long way.
Here are the key milestones:

1994
In January 1994, the decision was made to set up the CJSC LUKOIL-Neftegazstroy – the subsidiary company of OJSC NK “LUKOIL”. The Company was to become a service provider to the large-scale oil and gas field development projects in Western Siberia as well as oil refining projects in Russia and abroad. The close cooperation with its main partner – OJSC “LUKOIL” became the base for the establishment of the Company as one of the largest construction companies in Russia.

2004
The Company dissociated from OJSC NK “LUKOIL” and,- became the core of the independent multi-functional construction holding CJSC “Globalstroy-Engineering”, which includes Civil construction, Pipeline construction, Engineering, Leasing  and other entities specialising in the provision of professional services to the Oil and Gas industry, Infrastructure and Roads construction sector.

2005
The signing of Strategic Cooperation Agreement on with OJSC NK “LUKOIL” up to 2009. Also the establishment of mutual relations with the largest oil and gas companies ensured further development and economic growth. Subsequent years were marked with commissioning of the largest projects in the Oil and Gas industry.

2006
The following projects were put into operation:
2-nd Phase of offshore Terminal in Vysotsk- 14.5 mln.t/year capacity;
«Sakhalin 1» Project Export Oil Pipeline -133 km;
Catalytic Reforming Complex at Volgograd Oil Refinery-1 mln.t/year capacity.

2007
The following projects were put into operation:
Polypropylene Complex in Budennovsk-120 thou.t/year capacity;
Isomerization Units 384 thou.t/year each at Volgograd and Perm Oil Refineries;
Pipeline, Gas Preliminary Preparation Unit and completion of Denghizkul field development in Uzbekistan;
Revamp and expansion of Yuzhno-Balyksky Gas Processing Complex - 1500 mln. m3/year capacity.

2008

2008 became the new milestone in the history of the Company: the type of ownership was changed and “Globalstroy-Engineering” became an Open Joint-Stock Company.
The following Projects were commissioned:
Varandey Oil Terminal (VNOT) with 12 mln. t./year capacity;
Oil pipeline OPF “Yuzhnoe-Hylchuyu” – Onshore Tank Farm (OTF) “Varandey” (dia 20”, length – 162 km), on piling supports with the pipe heating system, underwater crossings in permafrost soils are carried out by horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method;
Offshore oil pipeline (dia 32”, length – 47 km) at Varandey Oil Shipment Complex;
Main gas pipelines of commercial and fuel gas (dia 28” and 8”, length 45 and 50 km), condensate line (dia 8”, length 45.5 km). Pipelines of dia 2” – 13” with total length of 50 km -  «Construction of facilities of Khauzak Denghizkul field» Project in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
«Sakhalin 2» Project - Main above-ground oil and gas pipelines (dia 20”, 24” and 48”, total length is 1640 km).
