OAO LUKOIL thanks General Director Yu. B. Borodavin and all employees of Balkani-LK for the great cooperation in the well-timed completion of constructing the new oil-refining facilities at LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas plant and expresses its great appreciation for the efficient organization of construction process as well as for hard work and diligence.

A modernization of the plant will allow OAO LUKOIL to develop its production activities in Bulgaria and continue the output of the highest quality products in compliance with all European quality standards. Construction of powerful distillation facilities is an important component in the modern oil-refining.
