The opening ceremony of a Russia's first corporate training center to prepare personnel working on offshore oil and gas facilities

On April 25, 2011 in the village Ilinka of Astrakhan region  the President of OAO LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov together with  the Governor of Astrakhan Region Alexander Zhilkin and the President of OJSC Globalstroy-Engineering  Alexey Smirnov took part in the opening ceremony of a Russia's first corporate training center for training personnel who work on offshore oil and gas facilities.

The training Center is located in the vicinity of the complex transportation and industrial base which designed for maintenance of the Offshore oil and gas production in the northern part of the Caspian Sea.

The Centre is designed to carry out training of about 2500 people per year.

OJSC Globalstroy-Engineering is the General contractor for the construction of the First starting complex of the Corporate Training Center (CTC) in the Astrakhan region.

Two subsidiaries of OJSC Globalstroy- Engineering - GSE-Stroitel LLC and GSE Yug-Stroy LLC have participated in carrying out construction works as well.

Construction of CTC conducted from November 2009 to November 2010.
