ABOUT REGISTRATION OF A NEW REVISION OF THE CHARTER OF GSE OJSC AND A SHORT BRAND NAME OF OJSC GSE 

Dear partners!

We would like to inform you that on July 08, 2011 a new revised Charter of Open Joint-Stock Company Globalstroy-Engineering (hereinafter referred to as Company) (OGRN 1028601441593, place of business: Russian Federation, 105318, Moscow, Ibragimova str., bld. 15/2) was registered by the Interdistrict IFTS of Russia No.46 in Moscow. The Charter was approved by a decision of the Company’s annual shareholders’ meeting dated on June 28, 2011.

In accordance with the new revision of the Charter, the Company has the single full brand name in Russian – Open Joint-Stock Company “Globalstroy-Engineering” and the single short brand name in Russian - OJSC GSE.

Based on the above-mentioned information, we kindly ask you to use the correct full or short brand name of the Company in respect of contracts, primary accounting documents and business correspondence.
